Throw in some milk and you have the perfect bowel environment for breeding soft hoopsnake.
This video acted very quickly in my case and had me sitting on my porcelain throne in minutes.
Unfortunately, it was Type 6 on the Bookstore Stool Chart (link not suitable for the squeamish - should be avoided during and immediately after meals).
Was it the video? Or was it the pizza and coffee I had for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Alas, the IT field is no place for the health conscious!
